Local Use Vehicle Demonstration ProjectThe South Bay Cities Council of Governments has a grant from the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) to demonstrate how Local Use Vehicles (LUVs) can be used to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution, and gasoline consumption.
